Our friend Lara Zerafa send us this interesting interview. The Maltese Il Volo fans were interviewed on June 30th, 2015 at the University of Malta, upon the news that the trio will be coming on concert to their island, Malta.

Reporter: «Last May, the group Il Volo have exclusively revealed the news with newsbook.com.mt that they will be coming to Malta. The concert will be held on the 29th of August. As soon as the tickets were available for the public, the Maltese Il Volo fans went crazy and this resulted in the website being crashed. We met up with some of the Maltese fans so that they’ll tell us what Il Volo means to them.»
Fan 1 (Lara Zerafa): «Basically, I became a fan when I saw them at the Eurovision… They’ll soon be coming to Malta… and obviously I’m going to the concert!»
Fan 2 and 3 (Claudia and Christine Casha): «We’re going to Verona to see their concert. Obviously, when we got the news that they were coming to Malta, we immediately bought our tickets. The fact that we’re going to see them twice is enough proof that we’re really big fans of the group.»
Fan 4 (Jessica Mula): «I own a page on Twitter and Instagram called ilvolomalta which talks about Il Volo.»
Fan 5 (Kylie Barbara): «I love listening to their songs… especially to Grande Amore and We are love. I also have some things of Il Volo such as bookmarks because I love reading.»
Fan 6 (Louise Mifsud): «Before I was an Il Volo fan, I was a fan of Il Divo but I can say that the emotions that Il Volo give me are completely different from the emotions that Il Divo give me. At the end, the three Il Volo members are very handsome so teenage girls and adults surely like to watch them.»
Fan 4 (Jessica Mula): «I went to Rome to watch them and now they will be coming to Malta to see me! I love them a lot and I tell everyone that I love them.»
Reporter: «If you had to organise the concert, how would you do it?»
Fan 2 and 3 (Claudia and Christine Casha): «We are already seeing what’s going on in Italy via Instagram. We already know the playlist of the concert… so we listen to those songs so that we’ll be prepared for the concert.»
Fan 5 (Kylie Barbara): «I wish that they would follow the same routine on stage as they do in Italy… and after the concert they would meet up with the fans!»
Fan 2 and 3 (Claudia and Christine Casha): «Maybe they’ll give the opportunity to a fan to choose a particular song… maybe they’ll do a sort of competition… that would be really nice!»
Reporter: «If you had to give Il Volo a gift related to Malta, what would you give them?»
Fan 1 (Lara Zerafa): «I think I would give them a typical Maltese meal… I think that they’ll love it.»
Fan 2 and 3 (Claudia and Christine Casha): «Maybe a helicopter tour around our islands.»
Fan 5 (Jessica Mula): «I would give them a heart with the George Cross on it, so that they will always remember our country.»
Fan 6 (Louise Mifsud): «I’ve been noticing that after their rehearsals they will be feeling very hot so I think I’ll give them a Maltese fan… it will surely be useful.»

La nostra amica Lara Zerafa ci ha inviato quest’interessante intervista. Le fan Maltesi de Il Volo sono state intervistate il 30 Giugno 2015 presso l’Università di Malta, subito dopo la notizia che il trio avrebbe tenuto un concerto nella loro isola, Malta.

Giornalista: «Lo scorso Maggio, il gruppo Il Volo ha rivelato in esclusiva a newsbook.com.mt la notizia che sarebbero venuti a Malta. Il concerto si terrà il 29 Agosto. Non appena sono state aperte le vendite dei biglietti al pubblico, le fan Maltesi de Il Volo sono impazzite e il risultato è stato il blocco del sito web. Abbiamo incontrato alcune fan Maltesi così ci diranno cosa significa Il Volo per loro.»
Fan 1 (Lara Zerafa): «Fondamentalmente, sono diventata fan quando li ho visti all’Eurovision… Presto verranno a Malta… e ovviamente io andrò al concerto!»
Fan 2 e 3 (Claudia e Christine Casha): «Andremo a Verona per vedere il loro concerto. Ovviamente, quando abbiamo ricevuto la notizia che sarebbero venuti a Malta, abbiamo immediatamente acquistato i nostri biglietti. Il fatto che andremo a vederli due volte è una prova abbastanza evidente che siamo davvero grandi fan del gruppo.»
Fan 4 (Jessica Mula): «Gestisco una pagina su Twitter e su Instagram che si chiama ilvolomalta che parla de Il Volo.»
Fan 5 (Kylie Barbara): «Amo ascoltare le loro canzoni… in particolare Grande Amore e We are love. Ho anche alcuni gadget de Il Volo come dei segnalibri perchè adoro leggere.»
Fan 6 (Louise Mifsud): «Prima di essere una fan de Il Volo, ero una fan de Il Divo, ma posso dire che le emozioni che mi da Il Volo sono completamente differenti dalle emozioni che mi da Il Divo. Alla fine, i tre membri de Il Volo sono bellissimi, quindi le ragazzine e gli adulti li guarderanno di sicuro.»
Fan 4 (Jessica Mula): «Sono andata a Roma per vederli e ora loro verranno a Malta per vedere me! Li amo molto e dico a tutti che li amo.»
Giornalista: «Se il concerto fosse organizzato da voi, cosa fareste?»
Fan 2 e 3 (Claudia e Christine Casha): «Stiamo già seguendo cosa succede in Italia tramite Instagram. Conosciamo già la scaletta del concerto… così ascoltiamo quelle canzoni e saremo preparate per il concerto.»
Fan 5 (Kylie Barbara): «Spero che faranno le stesse cose che mettono in scena sul palco in Italia… e dopo il concerto incontreranno le fan!»
Fan 2 e 3 (Claudia e Christine Casha): «Magari daranno l’opportunità ad una fan di scegliere una canzone particolare… forse faranno una specie di gara… sarebbe molto carino!»
Giornalista: «Se doveste fare un regalo a Il Volo, un regalo che abbia a che fare con Malta, cosa regalereste loro?»
Fan 1 (Lara Zerafa): «Io penso che gli regalerei un pasto tipico Maltese… Credo che gli piacerebbe.»
Fan 2 e 3 (Claudia e Christine Casha): «Magari un tour in elicottero sopra le nostre isole.»
Fan 5 (Jessica Mula): «Io gli regalerei un cuore con la George Cross, così si ricorderebbero per sempre del nostro paese.»
Fan 6 (Louise Mifsud): «Ho notato che dopo le loro prove sono sempre molto accaldati, quindi, gli regalerei un ventaglio Maltese… sarebbe sicuramente utile.»
